§1. 3 投稿須知
如果不熟悉一個期刊的投稿情況，一定想辦法了解期刊的投稿須知。每個期刊的投稿要求不盡相同，比如投稿內(nèi)容、頁數(shù)、字號、字體、行距、標號、公式、圖表、參考文獻寫法等。國外一些期刊有字數(shù)或頁數(shù)的算法，算起來還是比較費時費事。在基本了解投稿要求后，還可以下載幾篇這個期刊的文獻，看看這些文獻的內(nèi)容和格式。當然，因為文獻大多是PDF格式，有些投稿要求并不能體現(xiàn)出來，但可以參考。

Items are restricted to three pages and appear, on average, two months after acceptance.
On-line access is included with EDS membership at ieeexplore.ieee.org. Past issues are now available back through 1980.
