主癥

乳房紅腫疼痛，多發(fā)生于產(chǎn)后。初起乳房結(jié)塊，腫脹疼痛，排乳困難，寒熱頭痛、惡心煩渴，此時癰膿尚未形成；若乳部腫塊增大，欣紅疼痛，時有跳痛者，為化膿征象。
