黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學藥學院創(chuàng)建于1972年，是黑龍江省創(chuàng)辦最早的正規(guī)藥學教育機構。在三十 余年的發(fā)展建設歷程中，規(guī)模不斷壯大，實力不斷增強，目前已成為我國北方地區(qū)中醫(yī)藥高等院校中辦學規(guī)模最大、專業(yè)結構最齊全的藥學教育機構。
學院現有中藥學、藥物制劑、制藥工程、中藥資源與開發(fā) 、生物技術（制藥）、藥學、食品科學與工程七個本科專業(yè)和一個七年制中醫(yī)學專業(yè)（中藥學方向），擁有中藥學、生藥學、藥劑學、藥物分析學四個碩士學位授權學科和中藥學一級博士學位授權學科。其中中藥學學科和生藥學學科為省級重點學科，藥劑學學科為校級重點學科。一批杰出的專家教授和留學歸國的藥學博士成為重點學科的學術帶頭人和教學骨干,教學及科研條件已達到國內同類院校的先進水平。
面向知識經濟時代，藥學院將在人才培養(yǎng)及科學研究方面加大與國際接軌的力度，充分體現以需求為導向、為經濟建設服務的辦學特色，為中藥現代化的發(fā)展做出應有的貢獻，成為藥學人才及科學研究成果的搖籃。
The introduction of pharmaceutical college
Pharmaceutical College, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine was set up in 1972, which was formerly the Department of Chinese Herbal Medicine, Heilongjiang College of Chinese Medicine, and the earliest educational institution of pharmacy in Heilongjiang province. During 30 year journey, as its structure constantly grew, its influence has continually increased. At present, Pharmaceutical College has become the largest educational institution of pharmacy, having the most pharmaceutical subjects among the same kind of universities in the North China.
The college offers four subjects of Chinese herbal medicine, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical engineering and Chinese herbal resource and development for undergraduates, a 7-year Chinese medicine (Chinese herbal medicine) and four subjects of Chinese herbal medicine、 pharmacognosy、 pharmaceutics and pharmaceutical analysis for master degree and a subject of Chinese herbal medicine for doctor degree. The Chinese herbal medicine discipline and the pharmacognosy discipline are two major disciplines of Heilongjiang province, and pharmaceutics discipline is the major discipline of the university. A group of outstanding experts, professors, and pharmaceutical doctors from overseas have become academic leaders of these major disciplines. The teaching and researching condition here has reached the advanced level among the same kind of universities in China.
